Sudbury Silver Swans!
Silver Swans has been specially devised by the Royal Academy of Dance for older learners to help improve mobility, posture, coordination, and energy levels.
A fun social class which is suitable for all abilities, for aged 55+. Come along and enjoy the joy of ballet. Presented by Sue Hewgill Peterson RAD RTS Life Member sharing her life experience as a dancer, teacher and choreographer. Trained at Elmhurst Ballet School and Royal Ballet School. Recently returned from teaching at Sarasota Ballet Company School, Sarasota, Florida.
Please note, if Sue is unable to teach any class, a highly trained Ballet teacher will substitute.

This class is specifically for those with dance experience. Please state dance background clearly on application form. Thank you.

10.30-11.30am at The Ballet Studio at the Jette , Quay Lane, Sudbury CO10 2AN
This class is gentle and suitable for all.
Tuesdays
9:45 - 10:20 am at The Ballet Studio at the Jette , Quay Lane, Sudbury CO10 2AN
This class is suitable as a lead up to Silver Swans 10.30 class.
This begins with seated exercises to music then progresses to standing movements holding the ballet barre or chair back.
Fridays
This class is suitable for all, often used as a second class in the week!
6pm-7pm at The Ballet Studio at the Jette , Quay Lane, Sudbury CO10 2AN
One to one introductory class is recommended and available on request. £25 for 1 Hour
WHAT TO WEAR?
There is no set uniform for these classes, please wear whatever you feel comfortable in and is suitable for a dance class.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
£90.00 per ten classes to be used within the 10 week session. Payment in advance please.
*Introduction to Sudbury Silver Swans class £50.00 per 10 week session. Payment in advance please.
However, we request that you please advise in advance of holidays etc. and limit missed times. This will ensure your place in class.
Payment please in advance of commencement of course through bank transfer.
Alternatively, the drop-in fee is £13.00 per class preferably payable in advance. ( limited places available)

Free car parking is available, although it can not be guaranteed. There is extra parking by the side of the Quay Theatre.
